DOMINIUM TRAVEL partners are obliged to take all reasonable measures in terms of providing accurate and quality information, and is not responsible if incorrect information from business partners about their services featured in promotional materials. Business Partner, or a particular service provider on the page is the owner or authorized representative of the owner advertised property/tourism services, and as such it possesses all the necessary documentation for doing his job. Business Partner, or a particular service provider on the site must crawl accurate and truthful information about their services and guarantees for their safety, quality and legality. Any changes shall promptly inform the site owner.

TURN OFF

If the service is located on the page as advertising material is not paid fees or advertising material opposes the law and if we estimate that the damage caused to third parties in any way we reserve the right to remove same from the site without further explanation and without any obligation towards the same. PRICES

Service rates are in EURO and are equal to the amount in EUR HRK exchange rate on the day of booking confirmation. The Agency reserves the right to change published prices. Passengers who have paid an advance for their reservation, the agency guarantees that the price is agreed upon. If the accommodation reaches more people than stated in the document (voucher), the service provider has the right not to provide service to unannounced passengers or accept them with an additional charges made on spot. In this case the site does not accept any complaints on the quality of guests booked accommodation or services. The price includes all the services and equipment, electricity and water. Additional services are specified and subsequently charged. The price includes (unless otherwise noted) and taxes. According to the Law on the local tax, customers are required to pay the local Tax when paying for their accommodation. Resort fee prescribed by the Law on the Local tax is 7.00 HRK (€ 1.00) per person per day for adults. The age of 12 to 18 fee comes with a 50% discount on that amount, while children up to 12 exempt from paying.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT SERVICE

All bookings are achieved electronically by filling in the form available at www.book-dubrovnik.com, or in the office of Dominium Travel. When properly made, the customer confirms that he is familiar with these General Terms and Conditions, and that he fully accepts them. Thus, everything stated in the agreement becomes legally binding for the customer and DOMINIUM TRAVEL agency. The customer is obligated to provide truthful information from them when booking and the authenticity of the same DOMINIUM TRAVEL assumes no responsibility. Upon making the reservation, guest is required to pay a percentage of the total amount of the reservation (the rest is payable 30 days before arrival), or to pay the full amount of the reservation, according to the invoice. To book tours, tickets and other activities, 100% of the reservation is to be paid upon making the reservation. After receiving a confirmation of payment of the agreed amount, or the completed form and signed credit card authorization form, booking is confirmed. Then DOMINIUM TRAVEL shall issue a certificate of reservation services (receipt) and a voucher with the booking details. In the event of cancellation by the customer the amount paid is non-refundable.

Deposit paid is a guarantee of your use of the chosen service. For any possible changes the Guest is required to contact the agency. DOMINIUM TRAVEL commits to provide selected service from this website to guests according to conditions published on the official website and in accordance with the description of the period and confirmed reservations. In case of circumstances that cannot be predicted, avoided or rectified DOMINIUM TRAVEL reserves the right to change or cancel booked services. DOMINIUM TRAVEL is obligated to repay any advances received for unrealized bookings that are made in error pages or a service provider with which the site has a valid contract. Also DOMINIUM TRAVEL is obliged in case of double occupancy accommodation by the guest booked through our site to ensure guests an equal or better accommodations at the same or similar location on the same or better price with nearly the same characteristics.

All payments will be made in Croatian kuna. The credit amount charged on a customer's credit card has been converted to local currency at the rate of Credit Card Company.
Payment and authorization of credit cards takes place via the T-Com PayWay system. T-Com PayWay applies state-of-the-art data protection standards - SecureSocketLayer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit encryption and MD5 algorithm. The ISO 8583 protocol ensures that data exchange between the T-Com system and the credit card authorization centres is carried out in a private network, which is protected from the unauthorized access to a double layer of "firewall".

PRIVACY POLICY

DOMINIUM TRAVEL will provide customer privacy protection by collecting only the essential, basic customer and end-user information required to meet our obligations. Only necessary information is needed to meet DOMINIUM TRAVEL obligations. The buyer's obligation is that the information provided is accurate and up-to-date. Collected buyer and customer information is only available to employees of the PayWay system as well as to DOMINIUM TRAVEL to whom such data are necessary for performing their job. DOMINIUM TRAVEL does not collect and store card-related data (e.g., card number, verification code, etc.).

CANCELLATION AND RECLAMATION

If a customer wants to cancel the accommodation or other services purchased on www.book-dubrovnik.com, he must do so in writing only. The date of receipt of the written cancellation and other documentation that justifies the cancellation, sent to info@book-dubrovnik.com, forms the basis for the calculation of the costs incurred:

ACCOMMODATION:

• For cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival only deposit will be charged
• For cancellation within 30 days of arrival 100% of the price will be charged

TOURS/ACTIVITIES AND OTHER SERVICES:

• Price payed is non-refundable
• for cancellation of 14 days to the day of arrival 100% of the price will be charged

CHANGING THESE CONDITIONS AND OTHER TERMS OF BUSINESS

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions of advertising and other business conditions without prior notice, in order to increase quality of website www.book-dubrovnik.com.
