Villa Soline is a luxury limestone villa, only 10 km southeast of Dubrovnik, with an astonishing sea view. At over 440 sqm, it offers space for up to 10 guests with amenities such as sauna, whirlpool and a 50 sqm heated swimming pool (pool heating operating April - October). A stairway leads directly from the villa to the beach.

Villa Soline is made of Dalmatian stone, situated on the slopes oriented toward Adriatic Sea and surrounded by the oak forest and ancient oil trees which provide unique calm and pleasant vacation, protected from the curious eyes. This villa has 350 square meters of living area with three floors connected by indoors stairs. Moreover there is 1400 square meters of outdoor area with swimming pool (pool heating is operating April - October), sundeck, outdoor terrace and a beautiful garden with Mediteranian flowers and herbs.
The Village Soline is only 10 kilometers away from Dubrovnik, around 20 minutes by car. There you can find: banks, post office, exchange shops, restaurants, pharmacies, vine roads, family farms, small port with boat taxi and many historic and cultural sites and all within
Concerning public transport connections with Dubrovnik, there is a local bus and boat line form neighboring city of Cavtat. Very popular transfer srvices are also taxi and UBER.
The closest beach is the one located just 200 meters from our villa. The beach is suitable for families with small kids, but also equally irresistible for early morning swim or swimming into the sunset for the adults.
