Pros: - Location direkt am Hafen. Viele Touristen machen Bootstouren, welche meistens direkt gegenüber starten - Dank den nahegelegenen Bushaltestellen kommt man schnell in das alte Stadtzentrum, zu Stränden in der näheren Umgebung und zum Busbahnhof (Flughafen Shuttle) - Neu renoviertes Gebäude und sehr sauber - Leckeres Restaurant im Erdgeschoss. Sehr praktisch wenn man schnell was essen möchte ohne suchen zu müssen in welches Restaurant in der Umgebung man gehen könnte. - Andere sehr leckere Restaurants fußläufig - Die Kommunikation mit den Betreibern läuft sehr einfach und schnell via Email. Es wird sehr schnell auf Fragen und Bedürfnisse reagiert! - Einfacher Self-Check-In. Man bekommt eine ausführliche Beschreibung - Im Gang gibt es ein Regal, welches Basic Equipment, wie Toilettenpapier, Seife und Handtücher zur Verfügung stellt. Man kann sich einfach bedienen. Cons: - Da es keinen Zimmerservice gibt, fehlen ein paar kleine Dinge im Zimmer, um selbst etwas putzen zu können. Wenn man länger bleibt kann es schon mal etwas schmutzig werden. Wir haben alles auf Anfrage bekommen, aber es wäre cool gewesen, wenn das Zimmer entsprechend ausgerüstet gewesen wäre - Unser Zimmer hatte viele Dachschrägen, da wir eher klein sind, war das kein Problem. Größere Leute sollten darauf achten ein Zimmer im 1. OG ohne Schrägen zu buchen ;) - Laute Straße vor dem Gebäude. Das ist ein Nachteil, wenn man gern bei offenem Fenster schläft. Andernfalls gibt es eine Klimaanlage
