The place is nicely remodeled, large, clean, and in a pretty good location. The only problem is that this place is not a boutique hotel with service. There is a ghost as a host and the communication to get any service (towels, shampoo, toilet paper), essential needs is very difficult. We were told, the two small sample size shampoos and towels were complimentary. It was after much effort that we were provided with what we needed. The owner of the vegan restaurant downstairs was very kind to call for us and to help us with communication. He also had the most amazing vegan appetizers.
